Refund policy

We want you to love your Curated by Gianna purchase. Eligible ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and diamond certificates included.

Final Sale: Custom or made-to-order pieces, specially sourced diamonds or gemstones, resized or altered jewelry, personalized/engraved items, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for authorization and instructions. Customers are responsible for insured, trackable return shipping.

Once received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
